YMCA Wellington & District is looking for a caring, motivated and organised Enablement Officer to support young people living in our accommodation.

This is a varied and rewarding role where you will manage a caseload of tenants, provide one-to-one support and help young people develop the skills and confidence they need to live more independently.

The Administrator will provide efficient and reliable administrative support to the CEO, Senior Leadership Team and wider organisation, helping to keep records, documents, systems and day-to-day office functions accurate, organised and up to date.

This is a new combined role at YMCA Wellington and District, providing dedicated housing support for residents at New College Apartments alongside organisation-wide responsibility for statutory property compliance.

We're looking for a few passionate people to join the YMCA Wellington & District Board of Trustees.

You don't need to have been a trustee before – just bring your enthusiasm, fresh ideas and a desire to make a real difference to young people's lives. We'd especially love to hear from people with experience in finance, housing, governance or the charity sector, but if you're passionate about our mission, we'd still love to hear from you.
