Donations are used either for our Step Up programme to offer activities and starter packs to young people living in our supported housing, or for the Holly Project to fund counselling and wellbeing activities for customers. The costs of these are not covered by our contract funding and need to be paid for through donations. Donations are not used to cover core costs like staff wages or utilities.
