NEW COLLEGE APARTMENTS - MOVE ON HOUSING FOR 18-25 YEAR OLDS

Are you 18-25, in work or on an apprecticeship/paid training course and in need of affordable housing?

You may be eligible to apply for one of our one bedroom apartments, set in the beautiful Grade 2 listed former New College building in Wellington.

Each self-contained apartment has electric panel heating, kitchen with built in oven and hob, extractor and space for a fridge; lounge; bedroom and and ensuite bathroom facilities with electric showers. Flooring and curtains or blinds are installed throughout.

Set over two floors, there is a lift for residents and visitors who use mobility aids. Laundry facilities are set in a dedicated room on the ground floor, with washing machines and dryers on a pay per load through an app.

The rents are set at affordable rent standard, which is 80% or less of local market rents. Bills and utilities are NOT included.

Unfortunately we cannot allow pets.
