Short Term Supported Accommodation

YMCA is proud to confirm that, from 1st April 2026, we have been commissioned by Telford & Wrekin Council to deliver Short Term Supported Accommodation services.
This provision is part of our ongoing commitment to supporting individuals to achieve stability, independence, and positive future outcomes through high-quality, person-centred accommodation and support.
Our Short Term Supported Accommodation provides:
- Safe, secure, and supportive housing for up to 2 years
- Tailored support to meet individual needs
- A focused support pathway towards independence
- Access to wider services including education, employment, and wellbeing support
- We work collaboratively with Telford and Wrekin Council and other agencies to ensure that individuals receive the right support at the right time
Referrals via Telford and Wrekin Council
Access to this service is primarily through Telford & Wrekin Council referral pathways, ensuring that those with identified housing and support needs are appropriately assessed and supported.
