Thrive Telford Floating Support
Anyone living in the Telford area aged 16+ can contact Thrive Telford for help with:
- Setting up and maintaining a tenancy
- Support with homelessness or the risk of homelessness
- Help to understand your tenancy
- Developing domestic skills
- Developing social skills
- Finance and budgeting
- Help with applying for benefits and/or grants and also housing benefit claims
- Help to gain access to other services e.g. further education, work placements, general skills and taster sessions
- Help you with personal safety and security in the home
- Access to drug and alcohol support
- To help with healthy eating, general health and well being
- To provide advice and support on reporting repairs
- Help set up accounts with utility companies such as gas, electric and water
